The employees were very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating. Econo Lodge Inn & Suites East in Knoxville offers a variety of dishes in their menu, making the food great for guests to enjoy. The rooms are well-appointed, spotless, and come with a spa tub. The service is good and accommodating. The setting is comfy and favorable, close to Knoxville and Pigeon Forge area. If you stay in the East Knoxville district, you won't be disappointed.

It was adjacent to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, and both Knoxville and Sevierville, marvellous and comfortable location overall. It offered good service and great food too.

Convenient Location! This place is super close to the freeway exit for Gatlinburg, lots of restaurants, and gas stations. Also easy to get to Knoxville and the surrounding Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area. The staff here are all really polite and helped me out with any issues I had. 🌟

The buffet at the hotel left much to be desired. There were issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the mirror in the room.

The king room we stayed in were reasonably large with 2 queen beds. Truly enjoyed the comfortable decor of the room. This hotel was set in a central area next to the freeway exit for Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, and restaurants and the Interstate. Furthermore, close to Nashville.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, quick check-in/out, stocked amenities, and functioning appliances. Easy access to interstate, quiet location, friendly staff, good coffee, and reliable heating and air conditioning system.

I gotta say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed, like fresh towels, a working mini fridge and microwave. The staff was super polite and check-in/out was a breeze. Plus, the location had plenty of parking.

Breakfast offerings could use a little improvement, maybe some more variety.
